    Art of Prediction !!!!

The fortunes of a person is known by following factors : 1> ascendant lord 2>Lord of ascendant in Navamsa 3> lord of birth start 4> the lords of the rasis occupied by the above three .

with respect to birth start , stronger of moon and ascendant , its star will be birth star .

5> calculate the shadbalas of all the planets , then judge horoscope .
    ie .
    lord of lagna in rasi
    lord of lagna in navamsa
    lord of star of birth
and lords of the rasis occupied by above three .
off these four factors if all are powerful the native will be powerful .

if these are medium strength , native will be fortunate ,

if two are full strength , then ordinary status will accrue .

if only one is powerful , he will have very ordinary life
if all are weak, then native will have miserable life and be poor throughout .

      Chiraanji,

How to know the powerfulness and strength?

      Dear Sir
What is the number for strong shadbala, medium shadbala. Can we alternatively see this in Vimsopaka Bala (you once mentioned 16 and above is powerful)

different planets have different benchmark for a shadbala strong . in general 6 rupas is considered very strong

      Dear Chiraan ji,

What is the significance of Shadbala, can you please explain with an example? Does this strength of the planet useful only with natal perspective or can the same strengths of the planets behold while analyzing the Gochara/transits?

Like, I’m a Gemini(mercury )ASC, with Mercury in Lagna.( Mercury has 8.4 rupas). Moon in Makara Raasi,( Saturn has 3.7 rupas & Moon has 6.5 rupas). Saturn is conjunct with Sun in 2nd house.
Mars ( lord of dhanistha star) is conjunct with Jupiter in 11th house(Mesha). mars has 7.4 rupas.

So, in this case, what must I consider? ( Mercury,Saturn,Moon & Mars?)

      I appreciate your time!

mercury has more points than mars so lagna nakshatra should be considered , anyway . saturn is weak .

Ascendant Lord and its vargas !

Happiness quotient is known by the lord of NAVAMSA of the lagna ., Status quotient is known by the lord of Drekkana of Ascendant . If the Ascendant itself is strong than native will be fortunate !!!!!

      Dear Chiraan ji,

I’m trying to learn astrology, so, my question might be very rudimentary or even sound stupid. Please bear with my silly questions.

If my ASC is Mercury and mercury is placed in lagna(Gemini), wouldn’t my Navamsa lord & 1st Drekkana
      lord be Mercury?

If not, how do I determine my Navamsa lord from my Rasi chart?

      Best Regards!

NO navamsa starts for airy sign from libra , so if lagna is in last 3.deg then navamsa is of mercury

Sir, I’m more confused now. Can you explain clearly?
          What’s my Navamsa lord? Mercury?
